ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Temporary Assignment
Our South Shore client is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, well organized individual to assist their nationwide human resources efforts.
Send out electronic applications, expedite and track their return.
Assist applicants with technical questions regarding applications.
Review applications for completeness and/or Questionable attributes and process accordingly. Password protection of documents and distribute appropriately. Perform industry data base searches. Answer phone calls from clients and field employees. Detailed documentation required of all actions. Additional assignments based upon skills and department need.
Critical attention to detail and problem solving skills required. Candidates must have excellent phone and organizational skills. The ability to work in a fast pace team environment while making independent judgements is essential. Data input & basic computer skills including Word and databases are necessary. The flexibility to work overtime based on business conditions is required.
