A fantastic client in the Quincy area is seeking an administrative coordinator to support their quickly growing business! 

The most important part of this role is someone who has great attention to detail and strong communication skills.  This person must be proactive and confident to communicate with all levels of management.  Must have strong computer skills- Word and Excel. 

  • Database management
  • Update her with progress of projects
  • Customer service and phone skills
  • Calendar management, meeting coordination
  • Other administrative clerical duties as assigned
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Fluency – word and excel especially
  • Degree preferred
  • 1+ years in an administrative support role
