A great investment firm is seeking an administrative professional to join them!  The right candidate will be organized with excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently and support a great team.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Managing calendars and meeting coordination
  • Arranging travel itineraries
  • Answering incoming calls and emails and fielding to appropriate recipient
  • Expense reporting
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Maintaining files
  • Taking messages for partners
  • Other projects as assigned

Must be technically savvy and have strong Microsoft Office skills.
