GREAT client of ours looking to add a Part time HR Associate to their team!
You will coordinate with new hires and leadership to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for all new hires.
Take the lead: Oversee all pre-employment obligations and requirements. Support the team: Oversee and coordinate the entire onboarding process for all new hires. Initiate pre-employment background checks and drug testing as appropriate. Collect and process new-hire onboarding documentation. Use the Applicant Tracking System (ADP) to appropriately and accurately track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system as they progress through the hiring process. Implement and contribute to HR and payroll initiatives to improve onboarding processes. Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administrator.
