Part-time Office Assistant needed on the South Shore temp to perm!

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones, schedule services.
  • Manage customer database and scheduling process.
  • Filing
  • Establish positive customer relationships that set the stage for a positive customer experience.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of all the services we provide.

Skills & Experience (Required)

  • Personable, respectful and professional with all customers, fellow employees and vendors.
  • Resourceful, creative, energetic and ambitious.
  • Microsoft Office
  • QuickBooks and Constant Contact experience a plus!
