Temp to Perm HR Assistant

HR Assistant

Be a part of a large growing Human Resources team focusing on onboarding and compliance.  You should be organized and have great attention to detail! 

Duties:

  • Verify all I9’s are accurately filled out and properly signed
  • Follow up with managers on missing or inaccurate I9 information
  • Produce offer letters utilizing mail merges and templates
  • Communicate with on-site and off-site employees regarding benefits and questions concerning offer letters, I9’s, ETC.
  • Knowledgeable in researching and investigation when necessary
  • Data entry, sorting and filing

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a HR department
  • Experience in a HRIS system is a plus
  • Understanding of HR laws, benefits and exempt/nonexempt employees
  • Strong MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with mail mergers/templates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Perform at a high level of accuracy and efficiency within a busy HR department
