Be a part of a large growing Human Resources team focusing on onboarding and compliance. You should be organized and have great attention to detail!
- Verify all I9’s are accurately filled out and properly signed
- Follow up with managers on missing or inaccurate I9 information
- Produce offer letters utilizing mail merges and templates
- Communicate with on-site and off-site employees regarding benefits and questions concerning offer letters, I9’s, ETC.
- Knowledgeable in researching and investigation when necessary
- Data entry, sorting and filing
- 1-5 years of experience in a HR department
- Experience in a HRIS system is a plus
- Understanding of HR laws, benefits and exempt/nonexempt employees
- Strong MS Word and Excel
- Experience with mail mergers/templates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Perform at a high level of accuracy and efficiency within a busy HR department
