Candidates must be admitted in MA.
Must have have a minimum of 5 years of real estate experience focused on one or more of the following areas: commercial real estate purchase, sale and financing transactions; commercial leasing; mortgage lending; real estate development, zoning and permitting, land use, subdivisions and condominiums.
Specific real estate skills include the ability to handle complex due diligence, transactional, development, and financing matters in such areas. Practical knowledge of the real estate industry is essential.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, a strong work ethic, a logical and analytical thought process, excellent organizational, drafting, writing and research skills, high billing efficiency as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships.
